BBT Fitness Suspension Form
At BBT Fitness, we understand that sometimes you may need to take a break. That's why we offer membership suspensions to all of our members. Please read below for the following guidelines and how to get started.

BBT Suspension Guidelines
- All members must submit suspension information
- All Suspensions must be approved by the BBT Operations Staff. This will be confirmed in a BBT Suspension Approval Email.
- BBT Members must be in good standing(current account) with BBT Fitness for a membership suspension to be approved.
- BBT offers ONE (1) complimentary suspension for a calendar year or per agreement term. (Ex: A 8-month membership will receive one suspension for 8 months regardless of year.
- All members must return from suspension or will be billed for all months suspended.
- BBT Members can suspend for up to 3 months
- Suspension Fees will be automatically drafted from the training account.
- BBT Fitness may grant additional financial suspension at the company’s discretion in emergency situations. (Note: Issue must be documented with BBT Staff)
Fee Breakdown
- 1st Month- Complimentary (No Fee)
  - 1st Month ($0)= 0
- 2nd Month- $50 Hold Fee (No Fee)
  - 1st Month($0) + 2nd Month ($50)= $50
- 3rd Month- $50 Hold Fee (No Fee)
  - 1st Month($0) + 2nd Month ($50)+ 3rd Month ($50)=$100
To suspend your training agreement for financial, personal, or medical reasons, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE REQUEST 15 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED AUTOPAY. Member request after 15 day period may not be accepted or receive an only partial suspension.

BBT Suspension Gudielines:

Per the BBT Training agreement,

Remember, suspending your account will extend the length of your BBT Fitness agreement based on the length of suspension (ie. if your agreement was due to end in November and you suspend in October, your contract will now end in December)

Suspension Non-Start: Clients that suspend their membership and do not resume training after the term of suspension, will be liable for the payments that were missed during the time of suspension.

Suspension Terminations: If you choose to terminate your training program after program suspension, members will owe all terminations fee and suspended months.
Do you understand that your program will be temporarily suspended and restart on the designated date. Per BBT Fitness Policy, any month suspended will be added to the back of your training program.*
