PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS
Lennox Enterprises, Inc., AKA Lennox Auto Body, can only estimate a repair completion date. Due to unseen damage during the inital estimate, part delays, and insurance approvals the estimated date cannot be guaranteed. All customers will be kept informed during the repair proccess and made aware of any delays or changes in the estimated completion date.
Lennox Auto Body requires all deductibles, customer paid repairs, betterments, and insurance repairs to be paid IN FULL prior to any vehicle being released. The only expetion is when if an insurance company owes for supplemental damage and it will be paid directly to Lennox Auto Body. All customer must sign a Direction to Pay allowing insurance companies to pay us directly.
Lennox Auto Body warranties all workmanship, with the expetion of rust repair where complete panels have not been replaced. Lennox uses top of the line PPG paint that offeres a lifetime warranty. Warranty excludes additonal damage and normal wear and tear, such as rock chips. All warranty work is limited to the vehicles current owner at the time of service and is not transferable if the vehicle is sold.
Lennox Auto Body will charge a 20% restocking fee on any job not cancelled two weeks prior to scheduled repair date. Parts total price is due in full on all customer pay work. All part prices are subject to change, any changes will be reflected on final bill.
Lennox Auto Body is NOT responsible for natural disasters or acts of god. We cannot guarantee that all cars will be parked indoors during inclement weather.
Lennox Auto Body is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or missing items. Some repairs will require the vehicle to be driven off the premisis for sublet work. Lennox recommends customers remove all valuables from the vehicle. Some repairs require the technician to be inside the vehicle, it is helpful if customers remove items in the area of the repair so the technicans may gain access to necessary areas.
