Carol L. - "I can say with pride that I hit 30 for 30. Flew back from Vegas this afternoon and took my sweet pup for a run, he was mising me. Oh yeah, and did my squats. While my bootie might not look much different it sure as heck feels different. Thankful fo ryou and this challenge, it's made me mindful of making a small part of my day important and not somethign to push to the bank burner, and I'm a better mom because of that!"
