Customized materials take time to design, coordinate, proof, print and deliver. Please allow up to 4 weeks between submitting this form and receiving the final product. If you need your brochures sooner than that, we strongly recommend supplementing your customized order with a small order of the generic version,
which are already on hand.

The template below has each customizable field outlined and numbered to help you picture where your community’s information will go and what it will look like. 

The community link will bring subscribers to your community's sign up page on pjlibrary.org. We will create the new URL if it has not been done in the past.

You may use up to two logos. Vector/high-res files are required for print clarity.
Please contact Marketing if you have any questions or need your logos modified.

You will receive a proof to approve before printing.

• Once you receive your proof, carefully review it. We have one round of edits built into our pricing. Anything more will incur additional charges from the printer.
