NOTE: We ship only to the address provided at the time of order. If your address was incorrect or incomplete, you may need to reorder the product.
If you have a new address, you can either contact the post office and request forwarding, which could take several weeks, or you could reorder the product after you update your account with the correct mailing address.
Also, the USPS will only "attempt" to deliver, as per their policy. If the address is missing a unit number or if there is a dog, or construction or weather, etc., your item could be delayed or not delivered at all. We realize that in most cases, this is not the fault of the buyer, and please be aware that it is not our fault either. In situations which are beyond buyer control, we are happy to work with buyers to resolve the issues.
