Our Policies
Signing each policy means you have read our policies and would like one of our front desk staff to contact you about booking an appointment.
PLEASE READ + SIGN ---- Prices: All of our services are a base price according to level of the stylist, however there are many factors which can increase the pricing, not limited to length, density, texture or extreme scenarios. Please consult your hair stylist with any questions regarding pricing. Please be advised that a desired look may take more than one visit. Please consult with your hair stylist with any questions regarding number of services required to achieve desired results. All adjustments to previous services must be booked within 2 weeks of original service and have purchased professional haircare with Sean Michael, otherwise it may result in additional costs. PLEASE READ + SIGN ---- Deposit: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all color services for new clients. If a client cancels at least 48 hours before their appointment, they will be able to reschedule while keeping the deposit.
