SET-UP/TEAR-DOWN AND PARKING: Vendors will receive set-up communication. Final table set up should be no later than 4:00 p.m. night of the event. Table breakdown is from 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. only. No early breakdown.
Please note: These times will be strictly enforced. Vendors are responsible for appointed space— all items must be removed and site must be cleaned. No vendor may bring a vehicle into the restricted area until all guests have left. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas
during the event. Due to storage constraints, no vendor goods may be received prior to the vendor check-in and set-up.
INSURANCE: Each vendor must add RMS Media Group, Inc. (Northshore magazine) and The Trustees of Reservations as additional insured to their certificate of insurance.
VENDOR NOTES: Vendors are responsible for appointed space. Everything brought in must be removed, including trash, and the appointed area must be clean before departure. No vendor may bring a vehicle into the restricted area until all guests have left. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas during the event. Each participating vendor is responsible for their own set-up and breakdown.
NOT INCLUDED: No carts available for load-in/ load out. No on-site refrigeration, kitchen access, or dishwashing of pots, pans, utensils or supplies available.
STORAGE: Due to storage constraints, no vendor goods may be received prior to vendor check- in and set-up. All vendor goods, including transportation, storage, and removal are the responsibility of each event participant. are the vendors responsibility.
