MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Bliss Hill Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Bliss Hill Photography may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.*

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Bliss Hill Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Bliss Hill Photography, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with high resolution digital files. Reproduction does include, downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media only with photographer acknowledgment. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.*

SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretion. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my deposit for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule.*

PHOTO SESSION Deposit & SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit, listed below, is paid to Bliss Hill Photography. Retainer is paid ONLY via Paypal. When I "submit" this form I will be redirected to Paypal to complete my retainer payment. I understand that my remaining session balance is due at the time of my session. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid my images will not be released. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Bliss Hill Photography as stated.*
