CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel a room reservation with Showcase Management, LLC, you can do so by filling out the form provided on below.. The form is designed to ensure that cancellations are processed in a timely manner and to avoid any confusion. Please note that Showcase Management, LLC requires that all cancellations be submitted using this form.
REMINDER: Each hotel sets their own cancellation terms review those that apply to your particular hotel to ensure that you are within their guidelines.
NOTE: All cancellations must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. NOON within the cancellation policy set by each hotel. Some are 7 business days. Refer to the team agreement and check the confirmation e-mail you received with the demographics of the hotel for the cancellation policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
- In order to better serve you and to provide technology and systems to process cancellations, there is a nonrefundable $5.00 fee to cancel your reservation
- Making this request does not guarentee a cancellation
- Please allow Showcase time to process your cancellation for the tournament you have requested
- Your cancellation has NOT been cancelled unless you receive a cancellation number and a cancellation confirmation from Showcase
- Should you not receive that cancellation number prior to two weeks before the event, please email Susan Smith at ssmith@showcasemgmt.com to confirm receipt of your cancellation
