• AIR-CONDITIONER SERVICE CONTRACTS

    PLAN A: ANNUAL SERVICE

    • EFFICIENCY TEST:
    Our trained technicians, using state-of-the-art analyzing instruments, will test and adjust your air conditioner to operate at maximum efficiency. You will receive a written report of the results and where possible, we will make suggestions to result in even greater savings.

    • 20-POINT CALIBRATION & CLEANING SERVICE,
    INCLUDING:

    1. Check for adequate refrigerant charge.
    2. Lubricate moving parts.
    3. Check air cooled outside unit.
    4. Tighten all electrical connections.
    5. Check voltage at unit.
    6. Check belts and drive.
    7. Check blower for cleanliness.
    8. Check safety controls.
    9. Inspect contactor contacts.
    10. Check thermostat operation and calibration.
    11. Adjust dampers if marked (no balancing).
    12. Inspect and test starting capacitor.
    13. Inspect and test running capacitor.
    14. Check for vibration.
    15. Inspect relays.
    16. Inspect and clean filters.
    17. Check physical condition of equipment.
    18. Wash outdoor coil with industrial solvent.
    19. Flush condensate line.
    20. Check condensate pump for correct operation.

    • PARTS AND REFRIGERANT:
    If needed, parts and refrigerant will be supplied and
    installed at current rates.

     

    PLAN B: ANNUAL SERVICE PLUS

    • PLAN BENEFITS: 
    In addition to the Annual service benefits as listed for Plan A, Plan B also includes:

    1. 10% discount on all parts and labor.
    2. No overtime rate charges for after hour service calls.

     

    PLAN C: AIR-CONDITIONER SERVICE CONTRACT COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE AND PARTS COVERAGE

    • PLAN BENEFITS: 
    In addition to the Annual service benefits as listed for Plan A, Plan C includes all of the benefits of Plan B as well as coverage of the following parts:

    1. Transformer 
    2. Temperature limit switches 
    3. Heating elements 
    4. Fusible links 
    5. Sequencers 
    6. Fan belt 
    7. Defrost relay 
    8. Defrost tubing 
    9. Defrost switch 
    10. Start capacitor 
    11. Run capacitor 
    12. Ambient sensor 
    13. Liquid line sensor 
    14. Discharge line sensor 
    15. Compressor contactor 
    16. Condenser motor ($70.00 allowance) 
    17. Evaporator motor ($70.00 allowance) 
    18. Thermostat ($70.00 allowance)
