Project Details

I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission New Leaf Cannabis Consulting Agency, for One Hour of Consultation Between a New Leaf Advisor and My Company Team. I hereby grant and understand that this is an agreed upon consultation session and there will be no compensation towards other services offered by New Leaf until such time as a Master Services Agreement, provided by New Leaf, has been signed and received by both parties, and a 50% retainer has been received for services stated in New Leaf's Master Services Contract.

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of New Leaf Cannabis Consulting Agency, I acknowledge and understand that the information provided by New Leaf Cannabis Consulting Agency are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without New Leaf Agency's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.

CONSULTATION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Cancellations will be made at the Consultant's discretion. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate consultants schedule.

By signing (draw your signature) below I certify that I am at least 18 years of age. I have read this agreement and fully understand the contents thereof. I agree that I have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.
