GAS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

PLAN A:
ANNUAL SERVICE

• EFFICIENCY TEST:
Our trained technicians, using state-of-the-art analyzing instruments, will test and adjust your gas boiler, gas furnace or gas water heater to operate at maximum efficiency. You will receive a written report of the results and where possible, we will make suggestions to result in even greater savings.

• 20-POINT CALIBRATION & CLEANING SERVICE,
INCLUDING:

1. Check for adequate gas pressure.
2. Lubricate moving parts.
3. Tighten all electrical connections.
4. Check voltage at unit and through controls.
5. Check all blowers and circulators.
6. Check squirrel cage for cleanliness.
7. Check safety controls.
8. Inspect contactor contacts.
9. Check thermostat operation and calibration.
10. Adjust dampers if marked (duct balancing extra).
11. Inspect start component.
12. Inspect running components.
13. Inspect relays.
14. Check for vibrations.
15. Inspect air filters, clean (if that type).
16. Replace air filters (at a reasonable cost)
17. Check performance and efficiency.
18. Check physical condition of equipment,
19. Check condensate pump.
20. Flush condensate line.

• PARTS AND LABOR:
If needed, parts will be supplied and installed at current rates.

PLAN B: ANNUAL SERVICE
GAS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

• PLAN BENEFITS:
In addition to the Annual service benefits as listed for Plan A, Plan B also includes:

1. 10% discount on all parts and labor.
2. No overtime rate charges for after hour service calls.

PLAN C:
COMPRESSIVE SERVICE AND COVERAGE
GAS TUNE-UP & CLEANING SERVICE

• PLAN BENEFITS:
In addition to the annual service benefits as listed for Plan A, Plan C includes all of the benefits of Plan B as well as coverage of the following parts:

1. Blower belt
2. Burner orifices
3. Burner tubes
4. Circulator relay
5. Circulator coupling
6. Circulator motor, up to 1/12 HP
7. Circulator mounts
8. Draft regulator
9. Emergency switch
10. Fan and limit control
11. Fan door switch
12. Gauge glass
13. Pilot assembly
14. Pilot tubing
15. Thermostat (standard) heat only
16. Transformer
17. Vent connection
18. Vent safety switch
19. Allowance of $75 towards replacement of the following parts:
· Blower motor
· Inducer Fan
· Gas valve
· Power Venter
