To create a new My Utilities profile or convert your Paperless Portal profile to My Utilities, go to: myutilities.saccounty.net
Please visit My Utilities to update your mailing address.
Once you've set up a profile with My Utilities, you can:
- Manage your bank account
- Set up/manage one-time or recurring payments
- Set up/manage payment reminders
- Change your mailing address
- Set up/manage paperless billing
- View historical payments and bills
If you already had a Paperless Portal account, you will need to re-establish your account with My Utilities. Just select "Forgot Password" and enter your username, to receive a reset password email.
