The purpose of this form is to provide the appropriate amount of information to the GHBC Communications Team to be able to effectively promote your event or activity. Please make sure to answer all applicable questions in detail so we can provide you with the best resources possible.
This form is to be filled out no later than 8 weeks prior to your event (preferably 12 weeks) so that your event can be promoted for at least 4 weeks (preferably 8 weeks). If you are filling out this form less than 8 weeks prior to your event many promotion options may be unavailable to you.
Not all requests can be fulfilled and will be done so at the discretion of the communications team. For questions, contact our church office.
