What team do you belong to?
What would make you a good team lead?
Do You Have Supervisory Experience?
If you answered yes above, what was/is your experience and what does it entail?
Why do you want to be a team lead for this event(s)?
As a Team Lead, what can you bring to the group you will lead that others cannot? What makes you a UNIQUE Team Lead?
How do you feel about speaking in public & being asked the same question time and again, possibly by the same person?
How well do you listen and follow directions?
Can you form ideas and complete them without getting confused, losing train of thought, and asking the same question multiple times--can you think for yourself and do what is right and correct for the event?
Would you be able to speak fluently, professionally, and clearly to help promote the event on TV, radio, newspaper interviews, etc?
What do you like about the event(s) that you're applying for?
How do you feel about speaking to, guiding, and teaching people you have never met who may have a fear of the dark, the unknown, spiders, bats, etc.?
How would you handle a difficult/unruly person who wouldn't follow directions and started being belligerent to you and/or other people in your group?
How would you deal with a negative entity or if YOU were being attacked?
How would you deal with someone in your group being attacked by something?
How would you deal with someone having a panic attack?
What do you tell someone to wear if they are coming to an investigation?
How would you handle conflict within your group or team at the event?
If someone YOU have conflict with comes to the event you're a Team Lead at, how would you act or what would you say or do?
If someone tries to "hog" all the attention/spotlight, how would you react and what would you say to them?
If someone thinks everything they see and/or hear and/or feel is paranormal, what would you say or do?
To go along with the previous question, what would you do or say to someone who is "snowballing" everything or thinks that everything is negative?
During a recent tour/hunt we did, one of the guides said we could do an investigation, but kept talking during the EVP session, which was very frustrating. How would you handle someone like this?
How would you handle someone who intentionally doesn't follow the rules?
How would you handle someone who mocks what we do and is skeptical, but on an investigation?
