Who may enter?
Any organized group such as Schools, 4-H Clubs, FFA Chapters, Church Groups, Scouts, etc.
Registration/Entry Deadline – Sept. 9, 2019
Complete registration along with a sketch or diagram of decorated bale theme must be submitted by Sept. 9, 2019.
Decoration & theme must be fall festive and/or agriculture related. No scary “Halloween” decorations. Bales can be placed lying on their side or standing on end. No advertising or political party signs of any kind are allowed. The bales must be decorated with a good clean family fun theme only. No vulgar or suggestive decorations allowed. Bales must be painted on
front and sides. Decorations should be weather and wind proof. No decorations may be removed till the completion of Hubb’s Farm Festival Season. Designs and application must be accepted by Hubb’s Farm.
Hay Bale & Decoration Time Information:
Hay Bale provided by Hubb’s Farm while supplies last. Groups will provide their own decorating supplies. Hay Bale decorations must be completed by Sept. 13, 2019 6PM.You may call and schedule a time to decorate out at Hubb’s Farm between Sept. 6 to Sept. 13 or you may decorate the bale at an another location and bring to the farm no later than Sept. 13, 2019. Group must provide transportation of the bale to and from farm if done offsite.
Pictures will be posted on Hubb’s Farm FB Page the evening of Sept. 13. Judging will be determined by the NUMBER OF LIKES ON THE PICTURE between once the picture is posted and announcement time on September 21, 2019.
