A $35 squeeze in fee will be applied to all last minute orders that are placed less than 2 weeks.

I understand that my order is not secured without a 50% deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and the remaining balance is due before pickup.

After the submission of this form, your order will be reviewed and a quote for pricing will be provided. If you argee with pricing, a payment invoice will be sent via email.

First payment must be made through PayPal invoice. The remaining balance is due the day before pickup.
You have 48 hours to make a 50% deposit or the invoice with be canceled.
Please keep in mind your date is not secure until a deposit is made.
