Once both tasks are complete, you'll get a receipt via paypal immediately and a confirmation/reminder email from Wag it Better a week before your class begins. 

Liability Waiver & Policies

Wag It Better Family Dog Training will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will endeavor to offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, I recognize that Wag It Better Family Dog Training is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times. I hereby agree to abide by the rules and policies of Wag It Better Family Dog Training training classes as set forth in this contract. I understand that attendance of dog training classes is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog. In consideration of, and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership in this training class, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wag It Better Family Dog Training, its officers, directors, instructors, agents, employees and/or representatives of any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family, or accompanying guests of mine of injury, expense, costs or damages to  myself, my dog or any handler sponsored by me both in class and out of class. In addition, I agree that I will defend and indemnify Wag It Better Family Dog Training for any injury, expense, costs or damages to any dog handlers or dogs, whether sponsored by me or not, or to third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my dog. I have read the above-stated provisions, and agree to accept those responsibilities.

Photo & Video Release

I grant permission to Wag It Better LLC/Rescue My Rescue LLC, the irrevocable right to use my photograph(s), likeness and voice, including via video, and those of my dog(s) and of any minor children of mine who may have been photographed or recorded, for the following:

Instructional purposes solely with me, members of my family or household, or other persons who regularly handle my dog, such as other dog care professionals hired by me, or other service professionals hired by me (such as nannies, housekeepers, and the like).

Instructional purposes for other clients or students of Wag It Better LLC/Rescue My Rescue LLC, including one-on-one sessions, group classes, web seminars, in-person presentations, etc.

Marketing purposes for Wag It Better LLC/Rescue My Rescue LLC, such as but not limited to use on Wag It Better and Rescue My Rescue’s website, social media channels, webinars, in-person presentations, email newsletters, and print materials.                                                      

I hereby release Wag It Better LLC/Rescue My Rescue LLC and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photograph(s), video(s), likeness and voice, indicated by my initials below .

COVID-19 Policy

I warrant and represent that I will remain aware of and abide by local laws and public guidance to reduce my exposure to COVID-19 and will follow best practices in receipt of Wag It Better Dog Training LLC’s services, including wearing a mask if local government requires and maintaining six feet of distance. I further warrant that I will cancel any in-person services should I experience any symptoms of COVID-19, have knowledge that I was exposed to COVID-19, or test positive for COVID-19 and that Wag It Better Dog Training LLC has the right to reschedule my appointment or offer the appointment in an alternative mode of service.
