My event package includes a digital download of high resolution edited images. We carefully select and edit the best images from the session. Payment is due within 30 days of images received. Images will be view only until confirmation that payment has been sent. Images will be available approximately 1 week after your session and will be presented to you in a private online gallery from which you can download your images. This gallery will be available for up to 3 months. Editing: Our editing process includes color correction, exposure balance, and light retouching. Extensive retouching is not included in our base editing package, but you may purchase extended editing time with us if desired. Copyright: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Katherine Kimball and are protected by Federal CopyrightLaw. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce my work in any manner. Please respect my livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. As and artist I wish to have control over the final look of my client’s images. Any altering to my images is both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.

I regularly include my favorite images from sessions in my portfolio. By agreeing to this model release, you grant Katherine Kimball Photography permission to use images from this session in our portfolio, website, marketing materials, magazine ads, and displays. If you choose not to agree to these terms you will be subject to an non-commercial use fee of $75.
