  • This fund is designed to provide financial assistance to active employees of the McDonald's brand restaurants in Dayton, Ohio and the surrounding areas who have experienced hardships as a result of the recent tornadoes.

    Please note the amount granted to an applicant cannot exceed the available fund balance at the time of the application.

    Relief checks will be mailed to the owner/operator of the McDonald's restaurant, and he/she will distribute the grants to the eligible employee applicants.

  • The McDonald's Dayton-Area Tornadoes Employee Relief Fund application review process could take up to 8 weeks time. Please be patient and do not submit multiple applications. Doing so only further delays your review, approval, and grant distribution timeline.

     

  • The McDonald's Dayton-Area Tornadoes Employee Relief Fund does not cover lost wages as a result of disaster events. Please speak to your General Manager or Supervisor about policies in place that may cover lost wages if you were scheduled to work during this disaster situation.
