If you need to move out early and wish to break your lease, please consider the following:

You're legally responsible for the full term of the lease and the money for the whole year.

If you are a tenant in good standing and give Management 60 days advance notice, you will be realeased from the term of your lease.

Please pay your last months rent and management will do a final walk thru and if there is no damage, the apartment is clean, and no money is owed, your security deposit will be refunded within 2 days.

Otherwise vacating your apartment early without landlor's approval may result in legal action and a blemish on your credit report.
