Event Request Form
- Cost: $125 members $250 non-members. Payment is due 1 week prior to event
- Up to 20 guest swimmers per event, not including current members
- Events with more than 20 guest and/or lasting longer than 2 hours must be pre-approved by the pool manager who will provide additional costs information to cover additional staffing requirements.
- Event hosts are responsible for the supervision of all guests who are not in the water, this means guests are free to enjoy the entire facility (basketball/tennis courts and grounds) but hosts are responsible for their safety. Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of swimmers in and nearby the pool only.
- Event hosts are responsible for all pre-event setup and post event cleanup. The club will provide trash cans and bags for cleanup.
- Glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited from the facility. Broken glass can result in a maximum cleanup fee of $2,500.
- All guests under the age of 15 who are not pre-tested members of the club must pass a deep-water swim skill evaluation. Those who are unable to demonstrate adequate swim skills will not be allowed in the deep end.
