The Red Cross Student Movement (RCSM) is a student-driven initiative that aims to build a humanitarian network across the Lower Mainland. We provide student leaders like you with the tools and resources to take action on global issues, as well as plan events and campaigns to help address those issues at a local level within your school and community.
The RCSM Student Leadership Training Program is aimed to help you take action to spread awareness about humanitarian causes you care about. Through the program, we will explore a variety of local and global humanitarian issues, then teach you the tools and methodology to create interactive and engaging presentations. We will also provide logistical training regarding how to organize presentations at local elementary and middle schools. At the end of the program, you’ll be ready to create your
own presentations and to take on leadership roles in your school and community. Upon completion of all program requirements, a certificate will be awarded.
