THIS IS A CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR WHICH IS IN YOUR APARTMENT - YOU MUST SIGN TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS THERE UPON YOUR MOVING IN.

 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHANGE THE BATTERY.

 

If the detector is missing or destroyed you will be charged $75 to replace it.
