All online applications will be directed to the Executive Officer exec@sctnz.com From the 1st of July your fees can be paid either online with Swimming NZ 'FastLane' portal, through your Club Administrator OR you can opt to be invoiced.
Police Vetting Forms must be completed every three years. If you are registering for the first time send your Police Vetting form along with your ID directly to the Executive Officer exec@sctnz.com when you submit this form.
Please note that police vetting clearance can take up to 28 working days. We will advise you as soon as clearance is received. Your Swimming NZ database membership will also then reflect your Police Vetting status.
Complete your Individual Teacher Membership registration form for the year 1 July - 30 June annually.
Please ensure all complusory sections are completed and confirm Police Vetting has been completed by your employer. If this has not been completed please complete the Police Vetting form shown on this website, SAVE and send to exec@sctnz.com along with a copy of your ID. NOTE: all Police Vetting forms are destroyed once clearance has been received.
Individual Teacher membership fees are;
Teacher $36.00 per quarter

An invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online registration.
Once you invoice is received you can either pay online banking payment which should include your 'NAME' and 'Invoice number' as the reference. SCTNZ bank details are: BNZ 02-0733-0228096-000 OR
Once you receive your invoice you can pay via our credit card facilities, please note that a credit card processing fees does apply.
