Oconee RESA K-5 Math Endorsement Application

Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply for the K-5 Math Endorsement Cohort:

Must have a clear & renewable Georgia Teaching Certificate
Must be employed by a Georgia school system
Must be recommended by District Curriculum Director and School Principal
Must have two (2) letters of recommendation: one from District Curriculum Director and one from School Principal
Must have signed "Verification of Teaching Experience Form" from Human Resources Director. (See embedded PDF. Please print, complete, scan and upload.)
Must have two (2) years of successful teaching experience
Must be committed to completing the program
