Amount of payment you are wanting to make. A payment plan request has a much higher chance of acceptance if the plan will result in the delinquent balance being paid off in short time, such as three or four months. If this is not possible, try dividing your delinquent balance into 10 equal monthly payments and making a request based on this amount
