    Thank you for taking time out to complete your Activity and Diet Chart. The main principle of weightloss is to create a caloric deficit by ensuring

    Amount of caloric expenditure (activities) > Amount of caloric intake (diet)

    I fully understand the difficulty of altering your diet, especially if your circumstances are not favourable, e.g. a full time working mum who cooks for the entire family. Hence, I utilise time throughout your day to increase the amount of activities that you perform to increase your caloric deficit. 

    The more comprehensive your input is, the more accurate and precise your weightloss program will be. I urge you to be as honest and as reflective as you possibly can be, so we can achieve your target as estimated.
