I understand that the information contained in this completed application may be shared with other members of the organization, in an effort to make the best decision regarding my possible adoption of a dog. None of my personal information will be shared. I understand that there is a $500 adoption fee for this dog, and I agree to pay this fee in full should I be accepted and decide to adopt this dog. This adoption fee covers any necessary vet care prior to my adoption of this dog, and allows support for the rescue efforts of R&R Rescue & Resort. I understand that vet care prior to my adoption of this dog does not guarantee future health of this dog. I understand and agree that should I adopt this dog, his/her care is fully my responsibility. I understand that submission of this application does not confirm my adoption of this dog.
