Refund Policy: Cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee. If cancelling by Dec. 1, a full refund minus the service fee will be received. For cancellation made between Dec. 1 and Jan. 15, a 50% refund will be made. No refunds will be made after Jan. 15. All requests must be made in writing.
