Number of Litter Tongs Requesting - based on availability (we recommend 1 pair per every 3 volunteers).
Signature needed. Upon picking up your litter supplies, we will require a copy of your drivers license to ensure the return of our litter tongs. By signing below, you are stating that you understand that litter tongs are the property of Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful (KT/LCB). Furthermore, you are agreeing to return litter tongs to KT/LCB within 5 business days from the conclusion of use. In the event that tongs are not returned, a fee of $10.00 per missing tong will be charged. *
