This request form will now be submitted directly to our Office Manager, Shelley Stephens for approval first, before being released to our Graphic Designer. Design will not begin until Shelley approves all requests, dates, and event programming details. Your request and/or event will then be added to the Temple calender (if applicable) and then forwarded to our Graphic Designer once this step has been completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION . . .
The following are all considerations to keep in mind when submitting your design & publicity request(s):
Scheduling & Design: Please be mindful that quality design, writing and/or editing takes time. We ask that you submit your design request 6-8 weeks in advance of your "Due By" date, to allow sufficient time for scheduling your request(s) into the design project timeline, whereby also allowing for other projects in queue to be completed on time.
Copyediting & Proofing: All materials are edited and proofed internally to comply with OST design & publicity standards and guidelines.
Approvals: In addition to your proofing and approval of design(s), you may also need approvals from Temple leaders (Clergy, Executive Director, Temple President, Board, Committees, etc.).
