The following are all considerations to keep in mind when submitting your design & publicity request(s):
Scheduling: If this request is for an upcoming event, please be sure the event date has already been approved and added to the Temple calendar. If the event date has not yet been approved and added to the Temple calendar, design will not begin until this step has been completed. To submit an event request, please CLICK HERE. Once your event request has been submitted, return to this form to complete your design & publicity request.
Design: Please keep in mind that quality design, writing and/or editing takes time. When submitting your project, please provide the graphic designer with sufficient time for scheduling your request(s) into the design project timeline, to allow for other projects in queue to be completed on time.
Copyediting & Proofing: All materials are edited and proofed internally to comply with OST design & publicity standards and guidelines.
Approvals: In addition to your proofing and approval of design(s), you may also need approvals from Temple leaders (Clergy, Executive Director, Temple President, Board, Committees, etc.).
