  • 7.  Please list other shows in which you participate, most recent year, and number of years at each show.

  • 8.  Size of booth desired: (booth assignments are made by the Antiques/Horticulture Chairmen on a space-available basis)

  • 9.  Please upload a cover letter written on your letterhead, giving us references, including dealers who do our Show. Also briefly describe the type of merchandise you specialize in, if any. We are careful to include a variety of specialties in the Show and try to avoid too much duplication.

  • Please note: Receipt of this application by the antique/horticulture chairmen is the first step in the selection process. Exhibitor contracts will be emailed to successful applicants. Exhibitors will be assigned booth size and location on a space-available basis. Receipt by the antiques/horticulture chairmen of completed exhibitor contract and rent deposit requested confirms exhibitor’s participation in the antiques and garden show of Nashville. We will have more information on availability by mid-October and will be in touch by then, if not sooner, after we have confirmed all returning dealers. We thank you in advance for your patience.
