DISCLOSURE PLEASE READ! If bedding is a significant factor I will quote hotels/resorts that allow you to choose and book the specific bedding options needed. If a resort is picked that does not allow you a bedding choice or option then it is at the resorts discretion at the time of check in of what type of bedding that would be picked according to availability. I can only put in a request for the specific bedding option and it is still at the hotels discretion if they will honor the request. I try my best to accommodate and advocate for each of my clients to make sure their request are honored. Please understand that I research and make suggestions based on what I am told is wanted or needed. I am also here to give my professional insight and opinion for those who need extra help and guidance through the planning process. My job is to work on your behalf as my client but I am not responsible for the rules, regulations, policies or procedures that the airlines, cruises, transportation companies, activities and/or excursions operators and resorts and/or hotels all have in place. I am here to educate you and help you to fully understand what those regulations are or may be. You as as an individual have the responsibilty to know that once you have accepted a proposal/quote then the rules have to be followed according to the operators policies.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Once I do the research and quotes are generated and sent to each client those prices are not guaranteed until the quote is accepted and a deposit is paid. The only way to lock in a price is to actually book your vacation option and that can be done by paying in full or paying a deposit(non-refundable) at the time the quote us given. If you have to wait to make a payment the price are not guaranteed and subject to change. For an INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS up to 4 people(ex. 2 adults and 2 children) the service fee is only $25. For GROUPS of 5-10 people the service fee is $25 (adults only) per person has to fill out this form the fee has to be paid before any details are shared. GROUPS of 10 or more service fees will be discussed in a consultation phone call. For last minute bookings between 30-60 days away a service fee of $75 will be due at the time of booking and full balance for the trip would be due at the time of booking. Packages that are 90 days or more away may have a deposit and payment plan option available not always a guarantee if the travel dates are really close. The service fee has to be paid before I can work on your vacation and send you any quotes. In first 48hrs of contact I will setup a call to go over in detail all expectations and desires to help plan your next vacation. I have a 48hr turnaroud time after service fee is paid to send you the quotes with all details and options. You can pay the fee here once you complete the form or through other forms of payment such as cashapp or zelle. Service fee does not include multiple destinations after the phone call the (1) destinaton will be confirmed and 3 options will be givin in the quote. Any changes to the request after first call and service fee is paid will require another service fee to be paid.
In order to provide you the best possible quote, please complete this form with as much information as possible make sure details match your drivers license, ID, or for international travel make sure details match your passport and please be sure to check expirations dates on all documents. Anyone requesting travel destinations that require a PASSPORT will have to have a valid passport before booking unless travel dates are 6 months or more from dates of inquiry or quotes. Even in this case if travel dates being 6 months or more away I will need proof within 30-60 of booking of your completed passport appointment information. If passport information is not received then the booking is subjected to cancellation and loss of deposit payment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
PAYMENT PLANS MAY BE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR TRIPS 90 DAYS OR MORE. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING.
ANY CHANGES after agreement to the options that were quoted and approved/confirmed will incur a $50 per person per occurrence fee(ex. changes of dates, hotels, destination, etc..). Fee has to be paid before changes are processed or any updates are made to the original booking. Changes are only available for packages with Travel Insurance added(restrictions due apply). PRICES AND AVAILABILITY CAN CHANGE IF THE BOOKINGS HAVE TO BE UPDATED(this can cause your prices to increase or decrease).

IF NO INSURANCE IS PURCHASED NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED IN CASES OF CANCELLATION ALL DEPOSITS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
