If you plan to attend the Lt. Governor’s Reception on the evening of Thursday, July 23 (it has changed to Thursday this year, instead of Friday), please list your Clan / Association representative and guest name for the invitation. (Dress code for this event is Scottish attire or Business Suit).

Children’s Passport: Please list a question that is unique to your Clan that the children may ask as they visit your tent site: We request a donation of $5.00 from each Clan / Association to assist with the printing costs of the Passport. This can be paid to Rosemary on site.

Gates are open on Friday at 8 AM for tent set up. No vehicle traffic on site after 5 PM on Friday until tent take down on Sunday after 5 PM. A trailer will be available on Clan Avenue for storage and security is on-site at all times.
