Terms & Conditions Please read over and fill it out carefully. Once you click the submit button at the end it will take you to Paypal to complete payment of the deposit. You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete the payment. You can just enter in your card or bank information.
Deposit and Payment. Session retainers are due upon booking and are non-refundable. The session includes time and talent, 30+ hand editing images in a private online gallery w/print release, 6" Custom Cake, Decor and a 12x12 Collage board of the cake smash. Additional products are available to purchase.*

Client agrees that there are NO known food allergies. The cake is included with your session and made from a baker. Any known allergies MUST be noted.*

The client agrees to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this agreement. Celesa Felix Photography is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during photography sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Celesa Felix Photography. No Guaranteed Results- Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve Client’s desired results. However, young children are inherently more challenging to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-related problems during the session. Client acknowledges that Photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement due to time allotted for the session. Please note Celesa Felix has vast experience photographing children and will make all efforts to create cooperative experience with the young clients.*

Cancellation. In the event of an illness, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. If Celesa Felix Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Studio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.*

Reproduction of images without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing, and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement.*

Celesa Felix Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session. I give my consent to allow images of myself/my minor child to be used for promotional purposes for Celesa Felix Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, marketing and print competitions and vendors use photos.I hereby release Photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.*

Covid 19 precautions. Clients must remove shoes at the door and I will take forehead temps. I ask that all clients wear a mask to the session. If you or your family have been in contract with anyone who had a cough or fever or if you feel unwell (even mildly) before your session, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. I understand this may be an inconvenience, but it is of utmost importance that I do not all any illness or virus into my home studio due to the vulnerability of my other clients and my home. Thank you for helping me keep my studio a clean and safe environment for myself and all of my clients.*

Cake Smash Session Payment
A non-refundable retainer is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session. Deposit covers the photographers time and talent only and to secure your session date and current pricing. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 48 hours notice and the session is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original reserved date or if there is a family emergency or serious illness. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at photographers discretion only.*
