Parent Workshop Attendance Acknowledgment. In addition to your child’s participation in Year 2 Sacramental Preparation classes, parents are required to attend the workshops offered by Fr. Jim, either in person or online, on the following dates: September 3, 2025, October 8, 2025, November 12, 2025, January 14, 2026, February 11, 2026 and March 11, 2026. Fall workshops (September, October and November) are due for credit on 11/19/25. Winter workshops (January, February and March) workshops are due on 04/17/26. There is an exception to this requirement: a) if you are a catechist you do not need to complete additional family faith formation, b) if you had a child that received First Communion last year. For these exceptions, see your acknowledgement below.*

Families that had a First Communion child last year (2024-2025), are only required to complete 3 hours of adult faith formation, and can utilize the additional faith formation options, in lieu of attending the parish Year 2 talks.
