Please ensure you add a FAN ID for every ticket you request otherwise we will be unable to process your order.

For home games the digital ticket(s) will be sent by email to you. You must use the ticket via the app or phone wallet.

For away tickets they will either be digital tickets or be available for collection from the away stadium ticket office on the day of the match upon presentation of photo ID.

We reserve the right to restrict and / or not purchase tickets for people who do not meet our or AVFC's criteria for any or all matches.

By ordering these tickets you are agreeing that it is completely your own responsibility to meet any and all criteria Aston Villa or the host team deem as required for admittance to the stadium and also to meet any and all criteria required for travel to and from the game including but not limited to government entry requirements to the country.

We cannot guarantee tickets until they have been purchased.

DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS OR ACCOMMODATION UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR TICKETS.

Once tickets are confirmed they will be able to be purchased by you directly via your Aston Villa digital account.   
Once tickets are confirmed you have until 72 hours prior to kick-off to purchase the seats, any seats not purchased by this time will be released and will no longer be available.
