  • An insurance plan must be obtained within 15 days of reservation to cover preexisitng conditions. We can provide you with travel insurance or you can obtain travel insurance on your own. You must provide proof of travel insurance before departure.

        • Please note that all cancellations must be recieved 180 days before departure for refund minus a $500 cancellation fee. Once final payment has been received refunds may be subject to additional cancellation penalties. We do require travel insurance which covers cancellation for covered reasons.

        • The payment schedule is $1000 due at the time of reservation, final payment due 120 days before departure. Cancellation 120 days prior to departure will be  refunded the amount paid minus $500 which is not refundable. Cancellation 119 day to 90 days prior to departure will be 50% of the amount paid. There are no refunds after 89 days before departure. We do require travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
