When you click on the "Submit Surrender Application" button at the end of the page, you are stating that you agree to the following conditions of our application process.

I understand that upon completion of the within application, a member of The Boxer Rescue, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "TBRI") will contact me within 48 hours. I understand at that time, a telephone interview will be conducted concerning the Boxer dog I wish to surrender into the TBRI program. After said interview, if the TBRI representative feels my dog is a candidate for its program, a TBRI member will come to my home to evaluate my dog. If it is determined that my dog is acceptable for TBRI'S program, I agree to turn over ownership to TBRI and sign all legal documents necessary for the surrender of my dog. It is understood that TBRI is under no obligation, at any time, to take my Boxer dog into its rescue program.
