How often during a week do you eat out /restaurants or purchase food not made from home?
I stop at QT for snacks a few times a week. I get a soda and candy bar. I eat out on weekends 2x.
How much alcohol would you say you consume each week average?
I drink a glass of red wine each night and I drink on weekends. Craft beer.. maybe 3 over a weekend.
