• K9 Coop Adoption Application

  • K9 Coop Inc. is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. K9 Coop is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

  • This questionnaire is designed to help K9 Coop and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. K9 Coop reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

  • Adoption Application Disclaimer – Puppy Placement

Thank you for your interest in adopting a puppy through our rescue. While you may apply for a specific newborn puppy, please understand that placement is not guaranteed for that individual dog.

Applicants are required to list their preferred puppies in priority order. This helps us better understand your interest; however, final placement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the rescue.

Because newborn puppies are still developing, their personalities, energy levels, medical needs, and behavioral traits become clearer as they grow. Our team carefully evaluates each puppy over time to ensure the best possible match between the dog and the adopting household. For this reason, we may recommend a different puppy than the one originally requested if we believe it is a better fit for your home, lifestyle, and experience.

Our top priority is the long-term success and well-being of both the puppy and the adopter. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to this process.

We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to providing a loving, appropriate home.

  • If you're interested in a puppy from a litter that is under 8 weeks old, please list the puppies you prefer in order of priority.
