Based on the above information provided, an Event Coordinator will be in contact with the Contact Person. If a date is agreed upon, an Estimate of Costs will be generated. The agreed upon date will be placed on HOLD.
If the Requestor accepts the Estimate, the date will be confirmed and a Facility Use Agreement will be issued.
Are you seeking a DISCOUNT or WAIVER?
It is the policy of Millersville University that the use of its facilities by external organizations or individuals requires the University to be fully compensated for all costs incurred or that the university realizes nonmonetary consideration that directly supports the mission of the University. If you are seeking a fee waiver for any portion of your event, please fill out the following fields completely.
A Fee Waiver, if granted, will forgive 100% of the Facility Rental Fees ONLY.
The request will be submitted for review by the Director of the MU Office of Visual & Performing Arts
If the Waiver Requirements are met, the request will be reviewed by the MU Vice President of Finance & Administration.
If approved, a Facility Use Agreement will be issued with an Estimate of Costs with the approved Waiver applied.
If you do not qualify for a waiver, a non-profit organizations may still be eligible for a 30% discount on the facility rental rate. This discount will not be applied to direct costs. Please discuss this with the Event Coordinator that contacts you.
