EFFICIENCY TEST:
Our trained technicians, using state-of-the-art analyzing instruments, will test and adjust your furnace, boiler, or hot water heater to operate at a maximum efficiency. You will receive a written report of the results and, where possible, we will make suggestions to result in even greater savings.
FURNACE, BOILER, AND HOT WATER HEATER CLEANING:
Our trained technician will completely brush clean and vacuum your furnace, boiler, or hot water heater, smoke pipe and chimney base, remove any carbon deposits and properly lubricate all motor bearings. Our technician will replace nozzles, oil filters, air filters, and other necessary parts as are necessary for maximum efficiency and savings.
All safety controls will be checked for proper operation and safety.
PARTS: If needed, oil burner parts other than nozzle, oil filter, strainer, and tank treatment will be supplied and installed at current rates.
