Overview:
Track and field is a very promising sport and provides a wide range of opportunities for students looking to be active on a team as well as within individual sports and that’s where I come in. I am a Certified Personal trainer and have 10 years of experience in Track and Field (being a county and state champion athlete). I want all of your kids to succeed in the sport of track and field and continue track and field in their upcoming High school years. My goal is to make sure your kids gain a sense of hard work, sportsmanship, and are well prepared for any obstacle that may come their way as they transition into High school.

Each athlete should come to practice with a pair of running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing (track spikes are recommended)
