  • Participants in the Administrative Fellowship Program must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States consistent with Northwell Health policy and regulations established by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services – Form I-9 (i.e., US citizen, Permanent Resident, nonimmigrant and immigrant work-visa holder).  No visa sponsorship or support is provided for this Administrative Fellowship Program.

    Please answer the following questions to determine if you are eligible to apply:

  • If you are selected for the Administrative Fellowship Program, you must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States consistent with Northwell Health policy and regulations established by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services – Form I-9 (i.e., US citizen, Permanent Resident, nonimmigrant and immigrant work-visa holder).

     

  • NOTE:

    If you are currently sponsored by another employer for work authorization, you may require sponsorship by/through Northwell Health when changing employers or transferring to a new role within Northwell Health.

  • To complete this application, you will need to upload copies of a Cover Letter, Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV), as well as an Essay.  Please make sure these items are available and complete before submitting the application, as incomplete applications will be denied further consideration.

    • Official Graduate School Transcript (must be received directly from the academic institution to be considered official)
    • Three (3) letters of recommendation (must be sent directly from the person making the recommendation, and NOT FROM OR THROUGH THE APPLICANT)
