• Students must complete a minimum of 25% of their undergraduate degrees at Nelson University and may not transfer courses in their graduating semester.
• Additionally, provided students have not met their overall transfer limit, students may only transfer up to six (6) credit hours once within their last 30 semester hours. 

Graduate students desiring to transfer courses must receive approval from the Dean of Graduate Studies before enrolling in courses. 

Students may not transfer in a course that they have attempted at Nelson University, including courses in which they received a W. Students have the responsibility to ensure that they have not previously taken a similar course at Nelson University. They may access this information in their mySAGU portal>Admin>Degree Audt Options>My Degree Audit>Detail.

Nelson University only accepts transfer courses with grades of C- or higher at the undergraduate level and B- or higher at the graduate level.

Transfer Course information can be found on the school schedules and in the school catalog. SAGU course information is located in the Neslon Academic Catalog or the Nelson AIC Academic Catalog.  

Nelson University retains the right to refuse to transfer courses from any institution for any reason it deems appropriate.
