Transfer Request Form

Please fill out this form accurately and completely. Inaccurate or incomplete forms will not be processed and courses may not transfer.

Students must complete a minimum of 25% of their undergraduate degrees at SAGU and may not transfer courses in their graduating semester. Addtionally, provided students have not met their overal transfer limit, students may only transfer up to six (6) credit hours once within their last 30 semester hours.

Graduate students desiring to transfer in courses must receive approval from the Dean of Graduate Studies prior to enrolling in courses.

Students may not transfer in a course that they have attempted at SAGU including courses in which they received a W.

SAGU only accepts transfer courses with grades of C- or higher at the undergraduate level and B- or higher at the graduate level.

Transfer Course information can be found on the school schedules and in the school catalog. SAGU course information is located in the SAGU Academic Catalog or the SAGU-AIC Academic Catalog.

SAGU retains the right to refuse to transfer courses from any institution for any reason it deems appropriate.
