  • This ticksheet can be filled in for a half and up to multiple beef. Let us know below what applies to you. Please note, once the meat is packed, it is too late to ask for us to split in halfs etc.

    Due to the extra time and effort involved we charge $25+gst for every half or quarter.

    Quarter Beef can be done, but has to be filled out as a half then we can split into 2 names afterwards.

  • PLEASE CHOOSE 1 OPTION PER HALF BEEF, UP TO 2 PER WHOLE, IF YOU HAVE A HALF YOU ONLY GET 1 CHOICE. IF YOU CHOOSE MORE THAN 1 per half THE BUTCHERS WILL DECIDE FOR YOU. 

    Please note, If you have more than 1 beef and have it under 1 name, we will only pack beef seperatly if asked, otherwise it all gets packed togeather under the name supplied. We cannot repack after beef is done.

  • PREMIUM PACK

    Protect your investment by vacuum packing your meat, great option if you take a while to eat through a whole beef. Keeps your meat from frezzer burn. All vac packed into new small cardboard boxes, for easy stacking in your freezer.

    (Primals are the parts of the carcass) If you have a HALF Beef, you only get to choose 1 OPTION per primal. If you choose 2 it will be at the butchers discretion what is done. A whole beef you get to choose 1 or 2 options per primal.

    Premium will be Vac Packed and Mates Rates plain poly bagged. (Note, all crumbed schnitzel is free flowed as standard.)

  • MINCE 500g Tubes

    All trimmings, shin meat are used for mince. If you have chosen allot of smallgoods, you may end up with no mince. PLEASE SPECIFIY IF YOU WANT SOME MINCE/ OR A SPECIFIC AMOUNT.

    Please note the more smallgoods you choose the more trim will be used from your mince to a point where you may not get any mince. Please call if this is a problem, or put in comment section that you would like a specific amount of mince first.

  • Price Estimates

    As soon as you have submitted a ticksheet we can estimate price. But you must ring within 4 days of beef being killed for this service. And estimates must be approved/Declined by phone with 24hrs after estimate sent.
