DIY: You can get started right away promoting your event using the available do-it-yourself tools including: e-nnouncements, Chanticleer article, and Facebook group posting.
Please plan ahead. The Communications Team requires a minimum of two weeks (10 business days) from the date the work order has been submitted for creative development, editing, and production. If your project (i.e. brochure, flyer, other promotional item) needs to be designed and/or printed by a third-party vendor, then we may need 3-4 weeks (15-20 business days) from the date the project request has been submitted.
After this form has been submitted, the Communications Team will contact you to review your project, offer recommendations, and collaborate with you to develop a project plan.
Zoom Room reservation. Be sure you have a confirmed room reservation before submitting this request. To reserve a room at First Church, use this Room Request Form. It is our policy to not promote an event until a room is reserved for it.
