  • Dietary / Allergies Issues / Disabilities:

  • Due to Shaker Village being a historic site, it is not totally handicapped accessible. There are narrow stairs to most rooms and some indoor panels.  There are gravel roads and rock paths not conducive to most scooters or other small wheeled transportation. This is an event set in a country setting.

The Village does try to accommodate as many dietary restrictions as possible, within reason.  If you have an issue or possible concern, list it below and we will see what options are available. If your dietary issues of a major concern or ‘cross-contamination’ then it’s suggested you bringing your own food for your own safety and comfort.

Menus are planned around previous known food issues and allergies of past events.  But still list any food allergy you might have that we should be aware of. We will do our best to list ingredients to main entrees for your viewing prior to completing your registration.

  • On the following screens is now where you will select your meals and choice of entree.  We offer a meat and a vegetarian option. Shaker Village can accommodate vegetarian and gluten free.  If severe dietary issues exist, like cross contamination, then you are welcome to bring your own food.

Buffet Breakfast consists of:  light scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, gravy, biscuits and muffins. (Subject to alterations) (Served in the Trustees Building )

Grab-n-Go bag Lunch:  a hardy sandwich or salad, assorted cookie and drink (vegetarian options available) (Pick up at the Dancing Pony)

Dinner:  a hardy banquet set out of two main dishes, 2 sides, bread, dessert and drinks (vegetarian options available)  Out of all the meals, this is part of the evening festivities where most anything could and has happened. You WILL want to attend even if you are not dining or bringing your own food. (Served at the Meadow View Barn)

Note: Due to these being catered meals, please select only meals you plan to eat as we will pay for them whether you eat it or not.
